Leaker Shares Speculative Performance Figures for Next-Generation Consoles
Leaker KeplerL2 has posted speculative performance figures for the upcoming PlayStation 6 and Xbox Project Helix consoles on a Neogaf forum thread.

Leaker KeplerL2 has shared unverified predictions and figures regarding the performance of next-generation consoles on a Neogaf forum thread. According to the post, the upcoming PlayStation 6 is projected to feature 40 teraflops of performance. Meanwhile, the unreleased Microsoft console, referred to as Xbox Project Helix, is projected to reach 56 teraflops.
These figures represent a theoretical 40 percent performance difference favoring the Microsoft hardware over the Sony system, comparing to performance levels similar to the RX 9070+. However, industry observers note that teraflops do not serve as a definitive measure of relative performance between distinct products, even though both upcoming consoles are expected to utilize the same underlying AMD architecture.
The next-generation console cycle is anticipated to begin later next year. As discussions continue across the gaming community, players and industry analysts await official hardware specifications and announcements directly from Sony and Microsoft regarding their upcoming systems.
