Godot 4.7.2 RC 1 Release Candidate Now Available

The Godot Engine team has released the first release candidate for Godot 4.7.2, which includes a number of regression fixes and improvements.

The Godot Engine team has released the first release candidate for Godot 4.7.2, which includes a number of regression fixes and improvements. This release candidate is available for download now and includes fixes for issues such as a crash when failing to open a log file for writing, a fix for the 3D ruler tool tooltip, and a fix for simultaneous shift release.

The release candidate also includes a number of other fixes and improvements, including updates to the Asset Store, fixes for issues with the Editor, and improvements to the Input and Navigation systems.

The Godot Engine team is encouraging users to test the release candidate and report any issues they encounter. The team is also seeking financial support to help continue development of the engine.
