The WN Conference Cyprus ’26, widely recognized as the largest industrial business conference in Limassol, is fast approaching, with the physical event set to take place from September 17 to September 18, 2026. Game developers looking to showcase their upcoming projects have only a short window left to submit applications for both the official exhibition showcase and the dedicated indie pitch event. According to the organizers, the final deadline for these submissions is September 11, 2026, inclusive.

To qualify for participation in either of the events, development teams must have a working build of their game, which must at least be at the vertical slice stage. Teams that successfully apply and are accepted will receive a free ticket to attend the conference, allowing them to showcase their titles or pitch directly to industry professionals.

A notable highlight of this year's conference is the exhibition's sponsorship by investment firm GEM Capital. Representatives from the firm will thoroughly review all of the showcased projects during the event.
