Stellar Blade: Complete Edition Reveals New Nintendo Switch 2 Trailer and Launch Window

Developer Shift Up has released a brand-new gameplay trailer and fresh key art for Stellar Blade: Complete Edition on the Nintendo Switch 2. The newly issued video offers fans another look at how the upcoming port is shaping up ahead of its scheduled launch later in 2026.

Alongside the trailer and key art reveal, Shift Up confirmed that Stellar Blade: Complete Edition will feature Joy-Con 2 motion control support for various activities. According to the studio, this feature adds an extra layer of immersion to moments away from standard combat as players navigate the post-apocalyptic action adventure.

In Stellar Blade, players step into the role of EVE, an elite warrior on a mission to reclaim Earth from mysterious forces. The title combines cinematic storytelling with intense action, offering deep character progression that includes customizable skills, gear, and combat builds required to survive epic boss encounters and unravel the mysteries of Earth's downfall.

While Stellar Blade Complete Edition is slated to launch for the Nintendo Switch 2 later in 2026, the base game is currently available on other platforms, including PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam.
