Splatoon Raiders won't receive DLC or balance updates, Nintendo confirms
Nintendo has confirmed that Splatoon Raiders will not receive DLC or balance updates after launch, marking a shift from the ongoing support model of previous Splatoon titles.

Nintendo has confirmed that Splatoon Raiders will not receive DLC or balance updates following its launch. The decision differs from the approach taken with earlier Splatoon games, which have received ongoing content and balance adjustments.
Producer Seita Inoue explained the reasoning in a Famitsu interview, stating that Splatoon Raiders was developed "with the goal of providing a complete experience as is." Inoue elaborated: "Unlike the main series, which evolves the gameplay through balance adjustments and content additions, Splatoon Raiders is developed with the goal of providing a complete experience as is. Therefore, we are not planning any DLC or updates that affect game balance."
Nintendo will still address critical bugs if they emerge after release. The game is available now on Nintendo Switch 2 worldwide.
