Rumored 3D Mario Game Could Finally Be Revealed At Tomorrow’s Nintendo Direct
Leakers claim a rumored 3D Mario game and other titles could be revealed during tomorrow's 45-minute Nintendo Direct broadcast.

An upcoming Nintendo Direct scheduled for tomorrow has sparked widespread speculation regarding potential game reveals. Nintendo has officially confirmed only that the broadcast will run for 45 minutes and is otherwise keeping details under wraps. However, leakers have made bold predictions about what might be shown, including a rumored new 3D Mario game.
According to leaks shared via Centro Leaks, insider Malo932 has teased several titles alongside the 3D Mario project. These alleged leaks include a new Super Smash Bros. game, the return of the Nintendogs franchise, Mario Kart World DLC featuring Fox McCloud, and a brand-new Star Fox game. Malo932 previously predicted the reveal of a recent Star Fox game, an Ocarina of Time remake, and the arrival of two Nintendo Directs this week. Additionally, prominent leaker NecroFelipe reported that Luigi's Mansion 4 is in development, though NecroFelipe expressed doubt that Nintendo would reveal all of these titles in a single broadcast.
Activity surrounding the leakers has also shifted. Malo932 has since deleted recent YouTube comments and changed their display name to "Stop," according to reports from Kotaku. Whether Nintendo's legal team closed in or other factors are at play remains unconfirmed. Fans will have to wait for the September 9 broadcast to see what announcements materialize, alongside a separate Legend of Zelda-themed Direct scheduled to kick off today.
