Rayman Legends Retold Delayed to December on PS5 for Additional Polish
Ubisoft has pushed back the PlayStation 5 remake of Rayman Legends by two months to ensure extra polish, moving its release date to December.

Ubisoft has delayed the upcoming PlayStation 5 remake, Rayman Legends Retold, by two months to provide the title with extra polish. The postponement comes despite the game having already gone gold. Originally scheduled to launch on the first day of October, the remake is now officially slated to release on December 3, 2026.
Explaining the decision, Ubisoft stated that while the game has officially gone gold, the team decided to take extra time to make sure every detail gets the care it deserves. To compensate for the delay, an overview trailer will be published online, accompanied by content creator and press impressions.
The publisher has not yet clarified how the postponement impacts Rayman Origins Enhanced Edition. That remaster of the PlayStation 3 title was previously slated to launch on the same day and was included in all pre-orders of Rayman Legends Retold. It remains unconfirmed whether Rayman Origins Enhanced Edition will be available as a standalone purchase, and it is assumed that this project has also been pushed back alongside the main release.
