PlayStation has announced back-to-back State of Play broadcasts for Thursday, September 3, featuring a standard showcase and a returning State of Play Japan.
PlayStation has scheduled back-to-back State of Play presentations for this Thursday, September 3, kicking off at 6:00 a.m. PT / 9:00 a.m. ET / 3:00 p.m. CEST / 10:00 p.m. JST. The first broadcast will be a standard State of Play featuring updates and announcements from PlayStation Studios and third-party partners. According to the official PlayStation blog announcement, this initial showcase will conclude with an extended look at Final Fantasy VII Revelation from Square Enix.
Following immediately after the first event, PlayStation will host a returning State of Play Japan hosted by Yuji Kaji. This second showcase will focus specifically on upcoming games from studios in Japan and Asia, delivering new gameplay footage and announcements. While the State of Play Japan broadcast will air in Japanese, it will feature English subtitles. Both presentations can be viewed live on PlayStation's official YouTube and Twitch channels, though the announcement did not specify the total run time for either broadcast.
