Nintendo Confirms Restocks for Sold-Out Zelda 40th Anniversary Collection in the UK

Nintendo has confirmed that restocks are on the way for the sold-out Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Collection, though the announcement currently applies specifically to the UK. Earlier in the week, Nintendo revealed a new Zelda-themed Switch 2 console, a Pro Controller, and various other items to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the franchise. Unsurprisingly, many of these specialty items sold out rapidly in multiple locations around the world.

Players in the UK can check the official Nintendo Store page, where a prominent message confirms the status of the collection. The notice states that the collection is currently sold out and promises an official announcement when stock is replenished via the Nintendo Store app. Items currently out of stock on the UK regional store include the Zelda Switch 2 bundle, the Pro Controller, and a game bundle featuring an Ocarina of Time pin.

For fans outside the UK, the situation varies by region. Nintendo Store pages in the US currently instruct fans to check back soon regarding possible restocks. Nintendo has also reminded buyers that the Zelda anniversary hardware is a special edition release, meaning it will not remain available indefinitely. Meanwhile, initial physical copies of Ocarina of Time for the Switch 2 are set to feature textured foil cover art.

MaxGG News provides ongoing updates as Nintendo shares further details regarding inventory replenishment for other global regions.
