Mycopunk Launches on PS5 October 20, Included with PS Plus Extra

Devolver Digital has confirmed Mycopunk will release on PS5 on October 20, 2026, marking the first PlayStation Plus Extra game announced for the month. The title launches directly into the subscription service on its release date.

Mycopunk is a mission-based looter shooter for up to four players developed by Pigeons at Play. The game has spent time in early access on PC and will transition to version 1.0 alongside its console debut. Players take on the role of the New Atlas Hazard Crew, described as "a ragtag squad of robot rejects" hired by the SAXON corporation to investigate a planet-wide fungal catastrophe.

The announcement came during this month's State of Play livestream, where Sony revealed the game's PS5 arrival and PS Plus Extra availability. For players with active PS Plus Extra subscriptions, Mycopunk will be accessible at launch without additional purchase.
