How to redeem Minecraft Dungeons 2 codes and claim cosmetic rewards

Minecraft Dungeons 2 features several cosmetic rewards available through codes and account-based claims. Players can earn capes and customization options by meeting specific requirements or redeeming promotional codes.

The available rewards include the Twisted Cape from pre-orders, the Corrupted Creeper Cape from promotional campaigns, the Hero Cape from logging in with a Minecraft account used in Dungeons 1 before December 31, 2026, and the Soul Cape from purchasing the Deluxe Edition.

Most rewards are claimed automatically once requirements are met. The Corrupted Creeper Cape was the primary redemption code, distributed through Gamescom, Tokyo Game Show, Twitch drops, and TikTok watch rewards. While it can no longer be obtained, players who have the code can still redeem it.

To redeem a Minecraft Dungeons 2 code, open the settings menu in-game and scroll to the bottom of the General settings section. Enter your unique code in the redemption box and press enter or the controller equivalent to receive your rewards.

Players should note that another reward, the Aurora Cape, is redeemed in the vanilla Minecraft game rather than Dungeons 2, so attempting to claim it through the Dungeons 2 redemption system will not work.
