King's Minecraft Blast has returned to soft launch. The game is currently downloadable in Malaysia on Google Play only, featuring notably updated graphics from its previous testing phase.

The new version introduces several additions: six new blockers, four new chapters, daily play rewards, a new Raid Tournament, and a weekly leaderboard contest. Players can also customise a Buddy companion character. The game combines block-puzzle mechanics with Candy Crush-style map progression and a building-based meta.

According to the store description, players design and decorate their Minecraft Blast world while completing matching puzzles to earn rewards. The game features Minecraft locations including villages, caves and pirate ships, alongside familiar characters like Chickens, Zombies and Creepers.

The store blurb states: "Your next Minecraft Blast puzzle adventure starts now! More worlds to explore. More puzzles to blast. More ways to play."

Minecraft Blast was previously soft launched in Malaysia and Canada in November 2025 on iOS only, before being removed from testing approximately one month later. This new Google Play launch represents a return to development with enhanced visuals and expanded gameplay systems. The collaboration brings together King, makers of Candy Crush, and Mojang Studios, the Minecraft developer.
