GTA 6 Limited Edition PS5 Controllers Revealed for November Release

Rockstar Games and Sony have teamed up to reveal a pair of Grand Theft Auto 6-inspired DualSense wireless controllers during the recent Sony State of Play livestream. Available in separate black and white variants, the limited-edition accessories capture the atmospheric color scheme and energy of Vice City. The white version is styled to embody Vice City during the day, while the black variant is designed to reflect the energy of the city's nightlife.

Both models feature a color-shifting, shimmering finish with purples and blues, custom palm tree details molded directly into the body, and additional graphics etched across the grips. The central trackpad features the Grand Theft Auto 6 title and roman numerals, complemented by a pop of neon purple on the icon legends and D-pad arrows. Alongside these aesthetic additions, the hardware retains standard first-party features including haptic feedback and the adaptive trigger system.

The Grand Theft Auto 6 Edition DualSense wireless controllers will be available in limited quantities starting November 19, priced at $84.99 USD / ¥12,480 / €84.99 / £74.99 each. Pre-orders are scheduled to begin on September 10 at 10:00am local time in regions including the U.K., France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, as well as 7:00am PT / 10:00am ET in the U.S. Players can secure orders primarily through PlayStation Direct, though the reveal announcement has also drawn varied reactions from the community online.
