Rockstar Games is preparing to give fans a deeper look at Grand Theft Auto VI through a special presentation titled "Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look." The showcase will feature a unique two-platform rollout involving Netflix and YouTube, providing distinct timings for viewers across the globe, including specific late-night and early-morning schedules for fans in India.

Indian viewers with an active Netflix subscription will have the first opportunity to watch the presentation. The showcase is scheduled to air in the US at 3 pm ET on August 27, which translates to 12:30 am IST on August 28 for Indian viewers. Fans wanting to catch the premiere on Netflix can find it by searching for the game’s title directly on the platform or checking the homepage around the premiere window. For fans without an active Netflix subscription, Rockstar Games will publish the presentation on its official YouTube channel and the official GTA 6 website six hours after the Netflix debut. In the US, that YouTube release occurs at 9 pm ET on August 27, translating to 6:30 am IST on August 28 in India.

At the time of writing, Rockstar Games has not detailed the official contents or exact runtime of the showcase. While some reports have suggested a length of around 20 to 30 minutes, this remains unofficial, and the studio has not confirmed whether the presentation will include new gameplay mechanics, story details, gunplay, or further exploration of the fictional state of Leonida, which includes a modern-day Vice City. This initiative marks the first time Rockstar Games has partnered with a streaming service for a game reveal. Pre-orders are already live, with the Standard Edition priced at Rs 5,999 in India and the Ultimate Edition costing Rs 7,499.
