Forefront Adds Fighter Jets and Karst Map in Free Update
Triangle Factory's large-scale PvP FPS Forefront now lets players pilot experimental fighter jets equipped with lock-on missiles and VTOL capabilities. The jets arrive alongside a new Vietnamese-themed map.

Triangle Factory has released a free content update for Forefront that introduces fighter jets as playable vehicles and adds the Karst map to the game.
The jets are classified as experimental vehicles and mark a shift for the developer, which had previously ruled out adding them. Players can spawn jets from the menu and engage in dogfights using lock-on missiles. The vehicles support both vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) and offer a choice between physical and arcade flight controls.
Karst, the new map centered on a Vietnamese fishing village surrounded by limestone cliffs, is one of two locations where jets are available. The other is a Paradise map variant. According to Forefront's lore, the O.R.E. corporation discovered that the village's inhabitants were trading large amounts of Red Orpiment, the clean energy source O.R.E. controls globally, prompting an invasion that met Coalition Force resistance.
The update is available now across all supported platforms at no cost. Forefront continues to receive regular content updates since its 1.0 release earlier this year, including new maps, weapons, and graphical improvements. The game is available on Quest, Steam, and Pico.
