Brigandine Abyss Launches on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC

Happinet and NIS America have announced the worldwide release of Brigandine Abyss, a brand-new entry in the strategic franchise. The title is now available on Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Players interested in experiencing the tactical RPG before purchasing can access a free demo on all platforms. This demo allows players to experience the first two seasons of the "Gran Dragnica" and "Scarlet Will" story campaigns.

Set in a completely new world, Brigandine Abyss follows the rise of a new Abyssloa Empire, which has emerged hundreds of years after the arcane Brigandine was originally used to defeat the previous empire. Players must manage resources, recruit and rally monsters, and defend the world against the empire through six distinct story campaigns.

For players looking for a different approach to the game's loop, Brigandine Abyss introduces a Mission Mode. In this mode, players can choose from 24 different factions, each with its own unique victory conditions. Regardless of the mode chosen, gameplay flows through three phases: organizing troops and resources during the Organization Phase, ordering attacks on enemy strongholds during the Attack Phase, and fighting on the battlefield during the hexagonal-grid-based Invasion Phase.

NIS America has also released a physical Limited Edition bundle priced at $89.99 for the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 versions. This bundle includes a physical copy of the game, the "Art from the Abyss" artbook, the "Anthems of War" original soundtrack, "Storied Figures" acrylic stands, a faction symbol pin set, and a cloth map of Meltitea.
