Developer Poncle has announced a unique charitable blood drive promotion tied to Vampire Survivors, giving participants a chance to secure free copies of the base game and the Legacy of the Bloodmoon DLC expansion. The promotion is scheduled to run from September 2 to September 30, 2026, while supplies last, and is open to individuals aged 18 and older.

According to the official details, both actual blood donations and monetary contributions qualify participants for the reward. Fans can submit proof of their contribution via an official Google Form. Alternatively, participants who prefer a free entry method can draw an original advertisement encouraging blood donations, share a photo of it on social media using the hashtag #BloodForTheBloodmoon while mentioning the official campaign site, and submit their work via the form or email.

Participants who qualify will receive a copy of Vampire Survivors and the DLC for any available platform, including Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox, PC (via Steam or the Epic Games Store), mobile devices, and Apple Arcade. Console choices require region specification to ensure correct code distribution, and the offer is limited to one per participant. Valid proof requires photos, screenshots, or records from actual donations or financial receipts, with codes delivered within 30 days while supplies last.

In addition to player rewards, Poncle has established a donation-matching program of up to $5,000 alongside a Tiltify campaign benefiting the American Red Cross.
