tomaszin Joins MIBR for LAN Debut with One Week of Practice

Argentinian rifler Tomas "tomaszin" Corna has joined MIBR and will make his debut with the new roster at FISSURE Playground 3 in Suzhou, competing against The MongolZ. The team had just one week of practice before the event.

Corna spent three years with BESTIA before the move. He highlighted the language switch as his biggest adjustment at MIBR, though he said his teammates made him feel comfortable during the brief boot camp. "We only had one week of training, but the guys made me feel comfortable with them. I think the pracs went good, so I'm excited to play the tournament," he told HLTV.

At his previous team, Corna led BESTIA to qualification for the Austin Major with a 1.43 rating at the MRQ. Visa issues prevented him from competing at that event, with his spot going to Legacy instead. Corna has also adjusted to different positions at MIBR compared to his role at BESTIA. He noted that his new teammates bring more competitive experience, and he aims to help the organization reach its goals while improving as a player throughout the year.
