Titan Quest II will fully launch on January 19, 2027, ending its early access period on PC. Developer Grimlore Games and publisher THQ Nordic confirmed the release will arrive on Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

The game will be priced at $49.99 on PC and $59.99 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Titan Quest II has been available in early access on PC since August 2025.

The action RPG is inspired by Greek mythology and serves as a follow-up to the original 2006 Titan Quest. The story follows a hero fighting alongside the gods to oppose Nemesis, the Goddess of Retribution, who has corrupted the Threads of Fate. Players can tackle the campaign solo or join others through online co-op multiplayer.

The full 1.0 version will bring the game's early access period to a close after more than a year of open development.
