The Corruption meter serves as a transparent morality tracker displayed on the right of the health bar. Drinking blood from human, animal, or Vrakhir sources fills the meter, and maxing it out increases Coen's Corruption rank, which is tracked by a numeric overlay. Players can unlock higher-tier powers in the Vampirism skill tree using specific blood types, such as Vrakhir blood.
