Steam Sale Dates Revealed Through Mid-2027, Starting With October Autumn Sale

Valve has released its schedule for Steam sales and promotional events through mid-2027, giving players months to plan their purchases. The Steam Autumn Sale 2026 begins October 1 and runs through October 8.

Beyond the autumn event, Valve has dated several major sales for the remainder of 2026 and into 2027. The Steam Winter Sale launches December 17 and extends through January 4, 2027. The Steam Spring Sale follows in March 2027, running March 18 through March 25. The Steam Summer Sale is scheduled for June 24 through July 8, 2027.

Between the major sales, Valve has planned genre-specific festivals throughout the year. October includes a Cooking Fest, Next Fest, and Steam Scream V Fest. November brings an Auto-Battler RPG Fest. Early 2027 features Desktop Companion, Shop Keeper, Sheep, and Couch Co-Op festivals, with additional themed events for Rhythm, Racing, Witch, Fighting, Real-Time Strategy, and Mountaineering genres. A Social Deduction Fest dedicated to mystery and crime games is scheduled for July 2027.

Valve regularly posts sale dates in advance, removing uncertainty about when discounts will be available. This schedule makes it easier for players to budget and plan their gaming purchases throughout the year.
