A massive data leak on Steam has prematurely revealed achievements for over 100 unannounced and upcoming games. Among the unexpected titles appearing in the data is THQ's Avengers game, which was originally cancelled back in 2011. The appearance of these achievements suggests the project may have been revived in some form.

While the original THQ studio no longer exists, THQ Nordic remains active, and various licenses and assets were previously acquired by other companies. An Iron Man title is currently in development under EA, but it remains unclear who might be working on the Avengers title found in the leak. The leaked achievement list also presents some ambiguities regarding how recently it was updated, with the last logged update occurring 11 months prior to discovery.

Observers note that the leak follows a separate report indicating that a new, unconnected Avengers game is in development, though it remains unconfirmed whether that report relates to the THQ asset discovery. Players are advised to treat the information cautiously until official announcements are made regarding any upcoming Marvel titles.
