During Opening Night Live at Gamescom, RedOctane Games delivered major updates regarding the upcoming rhythm game Stage Tour. Alongside a new trailer showcasing game modes, a final song count, in-game collectibles, and hardware options, the developer officially announced a launch date of December 10, 2026. The title will be available for PC and consoles.
In addition to the trailer revelations, developers confirmed an additional 20 songs heading to the game, pushing its total tracklist past 90 songs. For players hesitant about utilizing plastic instruments, RedOctane Games confirmed that Stage Tour will also fully support standard gamepad controls. Fans looking to secure hardware can choose from several pre-order options that include plastic instruments.
To build further momentum leading up to launch, RedOctane Games announced plans to take Stage Tour on a tour across select cities, offering hands-on demos for prospective players. Specific dates and locations for the hands-on event tour will be released at a later time.
