The era of plastic instruments is officially making a return. RedOctane Games has announced that its upcoming rhythm game, Stage Tour, will launch on December 10, 2026. The official release date was revealed during Gamescom Opening Night Live 2026 via a new trailer featuring Motley Crue's classic track "Kickstart My Heart."

Alongside the gameplay and release date reveal, developer confirmation showed that the title's setlist will include tracks from prominent bands such as Metallica, Paramore, and Blink-182. Players looking to dive back into the rhythm genre can also secure hardware configurations ahead of the launch.

Hardware pre-order bundles are currently live on the official Stage Tour website, offering various discounts depending on the chosen instrument configuration. A standard package containing the game and a guitar is priced at $129.99 during the pre-order window, before eventually increasing to $149.98. Meanwhile, a full band kit bundle featuring a guitar, microphone, and a basic drum kit is available for $299.99, alongside an alternative high-tier option that includes special cymbals for the drum kit.
