Silver Palace is an upcoming free-to-play RPG that features a Victorian-style open world setting. The title is being published by Happy Elements, a Japan-based company with offices in Tokyo and Kyoto as well as China. Development is handled by a subsidiary named Elementa, which is headquartered in Singapore. The project has drawn comparisons to titles like Genshin Impact, Wuthering Waves, and Reverse 1999 due to its high-end character styles and design choices.

During a 30-minute PC hands-on session at Gamescom, the core gameplay demonstrated familiar elements of modern gacha design. Teams are comprised of multiple units that can be toggled on the fly, and players must build complementary squads to maximize damage output. Boss fights, including an encounter against a giant sculpture named Vita et Mors, offered impressive artistic and visual spectacle, though combat mechanics felt familiar to players experienced in the genre.

The game features a fantasy spin on a specific historical era of London. Players can mount a horse and fly over rows of buildings within the open sandbox environment. Ground puzzles were also present during exploration, though demonstration controls left them skipped and unresolved.

A recent livestream teased a Resident Evil-style multiplayer mode, though further information regarding how third-person survival horror shooting will integrate into the core experience remains unconfirmed. Sony previously announced that the game is coming to the PlayStation 5 console.
