Psychological Puzzle Horror Game Shil Arrives on Meta Quest in October

Developer OSM Games has announced that its upcoming environmental puzzle psychological horror game, Shil, will launch on Meta Quest headsets on October 8. A release on PC via Steam is also planned, though its release date for that platform has not yet been confirmed.

Shil is designed to take players on a journey into the subconscious. The game features a distinct two-tone art style and a fractured, changing world constructed by an artificial intelligence, which also acts as the player's guide. Throughout the experience, players must navigate these environments while dealing with invisible enemies.

To survive and solve the game's various environmental puzzles, players are equipped with two main tools. A slingshot is used to fend off unseen threats and unlock new areas of the world, while a magnet helps players interact with and solve the puzzle mechanics. Both the Quest and Steam versions of the game are currently available to wishlist, with the Quest version set to cost $14.99 at launch.
