Saudi Esports Federation Launches Level Up Programme for Academy Graduates
The Saudi Esports Federation has introduced the Level Up programme through the Saudi Esports Academy, offering graduates hands-on experience in the live PRIME League environment.

The Saudi Esports Federation has launched a new initiative titled the Level Up programme through the Saudi Esports Academy, created in collaboration with Vanguard. Designed to bridge the gap between education and employment, the two-week programme places Academy graduates directly into the live operational environment of the PRIME League, allowing them to apply their training under the supervision of industry specialists.
Level Up features two specialised tracks covering operations management and refereeing. Participants gain practical, career-relevant experience across various fields, including tournament operations, match administration, operational processes, rules and regulations, cross-functional coordination, reporting, and professional communication.
At the conclusion of each two-week cohort, participants receive an individual professional evaluation and tailored developmental feedback. Attendees are also awarded a joint certificate of completion issued by both the Saudi Esports Academy and Vanguard.
“At the Saudi Esports Federation, we believe that the journey of developing talent does not end with the completion of the Academy's training programs," said Saudi Esports Federation CEO Rawan Albutairi. “Rather, it marks the beginning of a new stage one that empowers graduates to apply their knowledge in professional working environments." The federation noted that the initiative is part of its ongoing efforts to empower national talent, improve career readiness among graduates, and support the development of a sustainable esports ecosystem in Saudi Arabia.
