RuneScape Dragonwilds Exits Early Access for Full PC and Console Launch
Jagex has officially released version 1.0 of its survival RPG RuneScape: Dragonwilds on PC and consoles, ending its eighteen-month early access period.

Jagex has officially launched RuneScape: Dragonwilds version 1.0, bringing the survival RPG out of early access on PC and consoles. The full release comes approximately a year and a half after the game first debuted in its early access state.
Developer Jagex described the 1.0 launch as a "momentous occasion" for the survival RPG as it transitions into its next phase of live service. In a statement addressing the game's community, the development team expressed gratitude for the players who supported the game during its early development period.
"Today marks the start of our next journey," the developers said, thanking players for their role in shaping the game. RuneScape: Dragonwilds adapts the elements of the long-running fantasy franchise into a dedicated survival experience, and the 1.0 launch represents the beginning of what the studio calls the next chapter of its existence across both PC and console platforms.
