Rebel Wolves Recruiting for Next Chapter in Dawnwalker Saga
Following the critical and commercial success of The Blood of Dawnwalker, developer Rebel Wolves has begun hiring for the saga's next installment.

Developer Rebel Wolves has announced that it is already recruiting for the next installment in its newly established RPG franchise, following the successful launch of its debut title, The Blood of Dawnwalker.
The developer's debut game achieved swift commercial success, selling more than one million copies during its opening weekend alongside critical acclaim. In response to this strong reception, the studio is wasting no time. In a post on LinkedIn, Rebel Wolves' Narrative Director Jakub Szamalek confirmed that the team is actively looking forward and seeking a Lead Writer to help craft the next chapter in what the studio is calling the Dawnwalker saga.
"The Blood of Dawnwalker released to critical acclaim and sold over one million copies in the opening weekend," Szamalek wrote. "But! We’re not resting on our laurels – no, siree! We’re already thinking about [what] comes next. And so! Drum roll please! I’m looking for a Lead Writer to help me and the narrative team craft the next chapter in the Dawnwalker saga."
The decision to expand the franchise is no sudden pivot. According to comments made by game director Konrad Tomaszkiewicz in July, Rebel Wolves planned for multiple titles during the initial production of their debut project. Tomaszkiewicz revealed that players will eventually be able to transfer their save files from The Blood of Dawnwalker over to these planned future installments in the series.
Set during the 14th century in the fictional, plague-ridden kingdom of Vale Sangora, The Blood of Dawnwalker follows a protagonist named Coen who exists between the worlds of day and night. While specific plot details for the sequel remain under wraps, the narrative trajectory is poised to span a significant timeline; the first game's ending features a modern-day cutscene showcasing Coen continuing his Dawnwalker battles centuries later, a scene previously revealed by Rebel Wolves in pre-release trailers.
