Publish and Elyzio partner on Pera Coda, an episodic murder mystery set in Istanbul

Publish and Turkish game developer Elyzio have partnered to publish Pera Coda, an episodic murder mystery adventure set in a dark reflection of Istanbul in a time before mobile phones and the internet. This marks the first announced title from Publish, which will serve as global publisher.

The game is available now for wishlisting on Steam, with a planned PC release in 2027. Other platforms will be confirmed at a later date.

Pera Coda follows Deniz, a fallen and disgraced criminal defense lawyer drawn into a seemingly routine murder investigation. As his investigation deepens, he uncovers a complex conspiracy involving powerful underground figures, ruthless businessmen, and fallen celebrities. The gameplay blends point-and-click investigation with psychological storytelling, where player choices carry emotional and moral consequences.

"We looked at a lot of great games to lean into with our new approach to publishing, and Pera Coda stood out to us immediately for having a voice of its own," said Ben Granados, CEO and co-founder at Publish. "Elyzio has created a game that is atmospheric and intriguing, with storytelling that just felt fresh and compelling to us."

Developed by Elyzio's internal studio Falan Studio, the game features an isometric perspective of Istanbul's hauntingly atmospheric environments, from neon-drenched alleys to dreamscapes. Players will manage Deniz's fluctuating emotions as they explore, examine clues, and navigate conversations. The game includes a Mental Reconstruction feature where players piece together crime scenes inside Deniz's mind, and allows players to customize Deniz's personality traits to shape how he approaches investigations.
