PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for September Feature Sniper Elite: Resistance and MLB The Show 26

Sony has revealed the upcoming PlayStation Plus monthly games lineup for September, giving subscribers access to four titles starting from Tuesday, September 1 through Monday, October 5. The diverse September roster includes Sniper Elite: Resistance, MLB The Show 26, Wobbly Life, and Chained Echoes.

Headlining the offerings is Sniper Elite: Resistance, available for both PS5 and PS4. The tactical third-person combat title focuses on a new story running parallel with Sniper Elite 5, set deep within occupied France. Players can experience the full campaign in co-op, jump into the fan-favorite Axis Invasion mode, engage in 16-player competitive battles, or team up with up to three other players in Survival mode.

Baseball fans on PS5 can dive into MLB The Show 26, which offers true-to-life gameplay, new stadium effects, and enhanced game modes. Career mode additions feature new college teams and the MLB Draft Combine, while Diamond Dynasty introduces Red Diamond rarity player cards. Additionally, PlayStation Plus members gain exclusive access to the limited-time MLB The Show 26 Jump Start Bundle on the PlayStation Store from September 1 to October 6, unlocking five The Show Packs, one Equipment Pack, and the Jumpstart Choice Pack.

For cooperative sandbox fun, Wobbly Life arrives on PS5 and PS4. Supporting solo play or up to four players via online or local split-screen co-op, the game features interactive open-world environments, story missions, hidden caves, and an Arcade mode with customized settings and mini-games like Trash Zone and Hide & Seek. Rounding out the monthly lineup is Chained Echoes for PS4, a 16-bit Golden Era style single-player JRPG set in a fantasy world where heroes traverse the continent of Valandis using swords, magic, and mechanical suits to end a war between three kingdoms.

Subscribers are also reminded that August’s monthly games lineup—featuring Dying Light 2 Stay Human: Reloaded Edition, Big Walk, and Signalis—remains available to download until Monday, August 31.
