Playism Announces Ten Indie Games for Tokyo Game Show Lineup
Indie publisher Playism revealed its ten-game lineup for Tokyo Game Show 2026, featuring new title announcements, upcoming console ports, and playable demos.

Indie game publishing brand Playism, operated by Active Gaming Media, has announced its full lineup of ten titles heading to Tokyo Game Show 2026. The online showcase revealed two newly announced games that the company will publish, alongside specific release dates for upcoming console and mobile versions. Playism will host a physical booth in the General Exhibition Area at location 07-C06 during the event.
Among the new additions are two titles: Sea Sniffers and Full Belly Breakout. Sea Sniffers is a fish-collecting game where players control a seal that explores sunken ships and hidden caves. Playism is also publishing Full Belly Breakout, developed by Zxima.llc, which challenges players to navigate hazards hidden inside various surreal dishes and escape from a cell. Full Belly Breakout will be exhibited in the Indie Game Area at location 09-E106.
Playism confirmed launch dates and platform details for several high-profile titles. Million Depth, a deep diving action strategy game developed by Cyber Space Biotope, arrives on the Nintendo Switch in both digital and physical editions on December 3, 2026. The Switch release introduces new upgrade parts, a Gallery Mode for event illustrations, and visual customization options for Moma, alongside adjustments to existing upgrade parts. Devil Connection, an adventure game by ChaoGames led by Bayacha, will launch for the Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android devices on January 21, 2027. Nintendo Switch editions for Devil Connection will also release in both digital and physical formats.
Additional titles will be available for attendees to play at the convention floor. Homura Hime, an anime-style 3D action game blending bullet hell elements by developer Crimson Dusk, will be demoed in the Indie Game Area at location 09-E65 ahead of its planned Nintendo Switch 2 release in 2027. Other upcoming games scheduled for PC via Steam in 2027 include the pop star management simulator Idol Manager by Glitch Pitch, the momentum-based metroidvania Iron Bramble by Mini Bunnies and Emlise, and the episodic horror mystery adventure Midnight Train: New Moon by LydiaBlueBell.
Rounding out the exhibition lineup is A Passing in the Night, a psychological 3D adventure game by developer .iris. The title puts players in the role of protagonist Kai as they walk through a nocturnal city populated by spirits and strangers. Its debut convention demo features full voice acting. Finally, Skateboard Knight, a roguelite developed by Maroru Games, completes the ten-game roster heading to the exhibition.
