Atlus has revealed the full English and Japanese voice casts for Persona 4 Revival in advance of the game's worldwide launch on February 18, 2027. The upcoming remake will release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, with a Nintendo Switch 2 version following on May 20, 2027.

The English cast includes Nazeeh Tarsha as the protagonist Yu Narukami, Paul Castro Jr. as Yosuke Hanamura, Anne Yatco as Chie Satonaka, and Brianna Knickerbocker as Yukiko Amagi. Johnny Y Bosch voices antagonist Tohru Adachi, while Ray Chase returns to voice Ryotaro Dojima, the protagonist's uncle. Amber Lee Connors voices detective Naoto Shirogane, and Daman Mills voices Kanji Tatsumi. The Japanese voice cast is reprising their original roles from previous Persona 4 releases, with Daisuke Namikaze as the protagonist and Rie Kugimiya returning as Rise Kujikawa.

In a second broadcast video released following Tokyo Game Show 2026, Atlus confirmed a significant addition to the remake: Aika Nakamura, a new social link character. Aika is the daughter of the owners of Aiya, Inaba's Chinese-style restaurant. While she was mentioned by her father in Persona 4 Golden and appeared as a background character in Persona 4 The Animation, Revival gives her a fully integrated social link. Players will encounter her at school and during evening food deliveries, though her associated tarot arcana and romance eligibility have not been confirmed.

The broadcast also showcased new gameplay elements including Location Episodes, which provide additional story content about Inaba and its characters' backgrounds. Battle system features highlighted include the returning Baton Pass mechanic from Persona 5 and Persona 3 Reload, along with a new Prime Time power-up mode. Series is Finale, Send Flying, Blunder Cover, and other ally attacks were demonstrated.

Composer Ryota Kozuka has provided new music alongside remixes of tracks from the original 2008 release. Atlus confirmed a physical release of the Persona 4 Revival Original Soundtrack as a four-CD album, priced at 5,500 yen (approximately $35 USD) with a 52-page booklet. The physical soundtrack launches in Japan on February 18, 2027, though a US and worldwide release has not yet been confirmed. Purchases through Amazon Japan or the official Atlus storefront in Japan include a bonus set of three pins while supplies last.

Persona 4 Revival will feature fully voiced story content, including all social link interactions. The remake builds on the foundation of Persona 4 Golden, which released on PlayStation Vita in 2012 and subsequently appeared across PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
