Pac-Man Sidekick Now Available in Fortnite Item Shop
Epic Games and Bandai Namco have added Pac-Man as a cosmetic companion to Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 4: Override. The Sidekick is available for 1,500 V-Bucks individually or as part of a six-item bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks, but leaves the shop on September
The Pac-Man Sidekick is now live in Fortnite's Item Shop, letting players equip the classic arcade character as a companion during matches. Epic Games and Bandai Namco introduced the cosmetic as part of the Chapter 7 Season 4: Override crossover, following the Spyro Sidekick earlier in the season.
The Sidekick dropped on September 18, 2026, at 8 PM ET and stays true to Pac-Man's original arcade design with bright yellow coloring, brown gloves, and red boots. It is cosmetic only and does not affect gameplay, but follows players around the island during Battle Royale and Zero Build matches.
Players can buy the Pac-Man Sidekick standalone for 1,500 V-Bucks or purchase the Pac-Man Bundle for 2,200 V-Bucks. The bundle includes six cosmetics with a combined individual value of 4,500 V-Bucks, making it a discounted option for players interested in the full set.
Equipping the Sidekick in matches earns Sidekick Points, which unlock bonus rewards tied to the character. The Pac-Man Sidekick leaves the Item Shop on September 25, 2026, at 8 PM ET. Item Shop cosmetics typically rotate out after their featured window and are not guaranteed to return soon, so interested players should purchase before the deadline.
