Shacknews is streaming Normal Golf Game this week on Indie-licious, the show's weekly indie game showcase. The game comes from Luke Muscat, the designer behind Jetpack Joyride and Fruit Ninja.

Normal Golf Game positions itself as a "sadistically accurate recreation of the noble game of golf." Rather than simplifying the sport, the game layers in multiple systems for players to manage. You choose your club, set angle and spin, control your stance, adjust swing power, and manage the physics of your arm movement to hit the ball. The game requires precision across all these variables, making each shot a deliberate exercise in control.

The stream goes live at 1 p.m. PT / 4 p.m. ET on Shacknews' Twitch, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube channels. Viewers can watch the Shacknews team attempt to master the game's demanding mechanics and discover whether they can hit the perfect swing or fall victim to Muscat's design philosophy.

Indie-licious runs weekly and focuses on indie game releases and experiences. The show is one of several regular Shacknews livestreams, alongside the Stevetendo Show, Shack Central, and Dealer's Choice.
