Moza Reveals First PlayStation-Compatible Wheelbases at Tokyo Game Show
Sim racing hardware manufacturer Moza has publicly revealed its first PlayStation-compatible wheelbases, steering wheel, and pedal peripherals at the Tokyo Game Show.

Sim racing hardware manufacturer Moza has publicly showcased its first PlayStation-compatible wheelbases, steering wheel, and pedal peripherals. The hardware broke cover ahead of a full public unveiling at the Tokyo Game Show. The new lineup includes the R16S Ultra and the R5S, bringing the manufacturer's ecosystem to the PlayStation 5 console.
The newly revealed hardware includes Sony-compatible versions that appear to be variants of existing PC models. The R16S Ultra is a high-torque option that will compete with Fanatec’s 18Nm ClubSport DD+. At the more accessible end of the market, the R5S Pro will compete directly with the 8Nm Fanatec Gran Turismo DD Pro and the 5Nm Thrustmaster T598.
Moza also showcased a steering wheel that appears likely to be bundled with the new wheelbases, featuring a wide array of inputs. Alongside the steering wheel, a two-pedal set was displayed, which appears to be a tweaked version of the brand’s SRP pedals. Additional options such as a clutch pedal upgrade and other accessories have yet to be officially confirmed.
While exact pricing details have not yet been announced, Moza has a reputation for producing competitive products at a lower price point than established sim racing hardware brands on PC. The expansion into the console market follows a recent partnership with the Gran Turismo gaming series, paving the way for the officially licensed PlayStation 5 racing lineup.
