Microsoft Jewel launches on iOS and Android with Xbox Achievements and Game Pass perks

Microsoft Casual Games has launched Microsoft Jewel as a standalone app for iOS and Android, marking the first new mobile title from the studio in seven years. The match-3 game becomes the fifth app in Microsoft Casual Games' mobile lineup and brings the familiar gameplay to mobile devices for the first time as a dedicated release.

Players who have encountered Microsoft Jewel on PC or through the Xbox mobile app will recognize the core mechanics. The game asks players to match three or more jewels to clear them from the board, build scores, and create space for the next move. Bonus Jewels can be placed strategically to trigger chain reactions and power-ups.

A key feature is progress synchronization. Signing in with a Microsoft account lets players sync their advancement between the iOS app, Android app, and the standalone PC version, so progress carries over when switching devices.

Microsoft Jewel introduces Xbox Achievements to mobile play. Players can earn achievements on their mobile device while signed into their Microsoft account, building their Xbox profile from phones and tablets.

Game Pass membership unlocks additional benefits. Xbox Game Pass members receive Premium perks on the PC version, including an ad-free experience and in-game bonuses. Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members get those same Premium benefits on both PC and mobile.

The game features Daily Challenges that offer new objectives each day, whether chasing higher scores or completing specific tasks. Microsoft Jewel is available now on the App Store, Google Play, and PC.
