Massive Entertainment consolidates Tom Clancy franchises under unified brand at Ubisoft
Ubisoft has reorganized Creative House 2, bringing together development teams across multiple studios to operate under the Massive Entertainment brand. The move includes The Division, Ghost Recon, and Splinter Cell.

Ubisoft has restructured its Creative House 2 division, consolidating various development teams under the Massive Entertainment brand. The reorganization brings together studios in Montréal, Paris, Sweden, and Toronto, unifying work on the Tom Clancy franchise portfolio alongside original projects like March of Giants.
The consolidated teams will now operate under Massive Entertainment's identity, combining creative and technical resources across the four locations. Tom Clancy's The Division, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon, and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell fall under the restructured banner, alongside new original intellectual property.
Christoph Hartmann, general manager of Massive Entertainment, stated: "Bringing our teams together under one identity gives us the opportunity to combine the creative energy and expertise across Montréal, Paris, Sweden and Toronto to shape the next generation of these iconic franchises, create new games and IPs, and push our craft and technology forward."
Massive Entertainment, based in Sweden, has operated for nearly three decades. Ubisoft retains publishing and distribution rights for all games developed under the brand. The company confirmed there are no changes to ongoing player commitments or partner obligations.
