Man of Tomorrow Star Adria Arjona Details Intense Training Regimen for Upcoming DC Sequel
Adria Arjona has shared details of her intensive workout regimen for Man of Tomorrow, though her specific role in the DC sequel remains unconfirmed.
Actor Adria Arjona has offered a glimpse into her rigorous training regimen for the upcoming DC sequel Man of Tomorrow, while her official character identity remains unannounced. In a recent video for Women's Health, Arjona discussed preparing for a specific project, detailing a schedule that features 45 minutes of cardio, two hours of weight training, and six rounds of boxing.
Arjona joined the cast of Man of Tomorrow earlier this year. While there has been no official announcement regarding her exact role, speculation has heavily linked her to the character of Wonder Woman, alongside earlier unconfirmed reports suggesting she might play Maxima. DC co-head James Gunn has previously denied that she is starring as Maxima, but studio officials have yet to confirm her actual character.
Reflecting on the physical demands of her preparation, Arjona noted that the intense work is part of the job. "I've never felt stronger but it's hard," she stated, adding that the excitement of playing her character provides the motivation needed each morning. Meanwhile, former Wonder Woman actor Gal Gadot has expressed her well wishes to whoever steps into the role next.
Man of Tomorrow is scheduled to arrive in theaters on July 9, 2027. Other upcoming DC projects include the television series Lanterns on HBO Max and the theatrical release of Clayface.
