Madden NFL 27 Online Franchise Players Launch #SaveMaddenFranchise Campaign

Online franchise players have started a new campaign targeting EA Sports over alleged neglect of the Madden NFL franchise mode.

Online franchise players for Madden NFL 27 have launched a new social media campaign utilizing the hashtag #SaveMaddenFranchise. The movement asks EA Sports to address ongoing concerns regarding the online franchise mode. Aaron Baker, an administrator for VFL who previously started the #SaveProClubs campaign on X to protest EA Sports' neglect of FIFA team-play modes and a lack of cross-play capabilities, is back with this latest effort. Players hope to draw attention to similar issues within the Madden series.

Community dissatisfaction has historically driven football and soccer fans to organize online campaigns. The new #SaveMaddenFranchise initiative follows earlier efforts by community organizers to push developers for substantial improvements to core multiplayer and franchise features. EA Sports has not yet issued a formal response regarding the campaign or the specific demands made by online franchise participants.
