League of Legends Patch 26.19 Buffs Lucian, Aphelios, and Eight Others Before Worlds 2026

Riot Games has released League of Legends Patch 26.19, the last balance update before the competitive patch for Worlds 2026. The patch introduces champion buffs and nerfs alongside new skins and Arena augments.

Lucian receives significant adjustments aimed at making him viable in the mid lane. Aphelios, positioned to thrive in an enchanter-focused meta, gains buffs across multiple weapon forms. Calibrum Moonshot damage increases from 70-160 to 80-170, while Severum healing jumps from 2-8 percent to 2-8 percent with increased scaling. Gravitum's slow decay improves from 10 percent to 15 percent, and Infernum's Duskwave cooldown decreases across all levels.

Other champions receiving buffs include Aatrox, who lost power after Sundered Sky nerfs. His W Infernal Chains cooldown reduces by 1.5 seconds at most levels, and his E Umbral Dash heal ratio increases from 1.1 percent to 1.3 percent per 100 bonus health. Aurora gains waveclear and ultimate outplay potential with her E base damage increasing by 10 across all ranks and R Rift duration extending by 0.5 seconds at lower levels.

Draven receives a modest attack damage increase from 62 to 64 as bot laners gain increased gold income through role quests. Elise receives jungle buffs with passive magic damage on-hit scaling increased and W Skittering Frenzy attack speed bonuses rising by 10 percent across all levels. Fiora gains health growth from 99 to 105 and significant improvements to her R Grand Challenge heal range, per-tick healing, and maximum heal scaling. Kha'Zix sees buffs to his weaker evolves for meta flexibility, with passive damage increased and evolved E Leap range bonus rising from 200 to 300. Lillia gains armor from 22 to 24 and her R sleep duration extends from 2 to 2.5 seconds. Master Yi loses his ability haste penalty on Q Alpha Strike cooldown refunds following Duskblade's removal. Volibear receives tuning across both AP and AD builds with passive attack speed scaling increasing and lightning on-hit damage gaining 20 percent bonus AD scaling.

On the nerf side, Nasus faces reduced Q Siphoning Strike bonus damage to compensate for his early stacking reliability. Nocturne's R Paranoia cooldown increases from 140-90 seconds to 160-100 seconds, hitting his map presence and dueling power. Poppy's jungle clear takes a hit with Q Hammer Shock's minion/monster maximum health cap reduced across all levels. Rumble faces changes to his passive attack speed at overheat from 50-130 percent down to 30-100 percent, though his monster damage cap increases to compensate jungle clears.
