Jurassic World Evolution 3 Update 1.5 Adds Walkway Attractions and First-Person Mode

Frontier Developments has announced Jurassic World Evolution 3 Update 1.5, arriving September 29, 2026, as a free update. The patch introduces the long-requested Walkway Attraction feature alongside expanded park design options.

The new Walkway Attraction system lets players build elevated guest pathways using straight and curved sections with customizable entrances and exits. These structures can form loops or standalone paths and integrate across multiple environments including standard dinosaur enclosures, deep water, lagoons, and aviaries. When positioned through an aviary, the system automatically adds protective overhead caging to separate guests from flying dinosaurs.

Players can adjust walkway height to suit different park layouts and enable obstruction detection to verify larger dinosaur species have sufficient clearance to move safely underneath structures. The walkways give visitors closer views of dinosaurs while offering flexibility when planning exhibits.

Update 1.5 also introduces a new first-person camera mode, letting players experience their parks from a guest's perspective. Park managers can walk along custom-built paths and observe dinosaurs and attractions from ground level, providing a more immersive way to explore their creations.

This update continues Frontier Developments' ongoing post-launch support. Summer updates added new family units including Amargasaurus, Liopleurodon, and Dracorex alongside performance and stability improvements. The Rebirth Expansion arrived in June with a new campaign across three locations, while August brought Crocodilia Coast with five new family units and Update 1.4 featuring Elasmosaurus and new sandbox settings.
