Hela: of Mice & Magic Confirms December 2026 Release Date

Windup Games and publisher Knights Peak have confirmed the official release date for the co-op adventure game Hela: of Mice & Magic. The title will launch simultaneously on December 1, 2026. Platforms supported at launch include PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and Nintendo Switch 2.

Players take on the role of mice helping an old witch care for the natural land around her. The open-world adventure is steeped in folklore and allows players to glide, whip, and march across the landscape. Alongside the release date confirmation, developers revealed a new cinematic and narrative trailer showing an updated look at the enchanted world.

Hela: of Mice & Magic will release in two editions. The standard edition provides a digital format of the game. For players seeking physical copies, a special Harmony Edition will be available exclusively for Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch 2. This physical bundle includes a 48-page artbook, a poster, an outer box, and a digital download code for the game soundtrack.
