He-Man And The Masters Of The Universe: Dragon Pearl Of Destruction Delayed To Early 2027

Bitmap Bureau's upcoming action title, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe: Dragon Pearl of Destruction, has experienced another delay. Originally planned for an April 2026 launch before being pushed to the summer, the game has now been shifted out of 2026 entirely and is scheduled for release in early 2027.

Based on the 1980s cartoon series, the game incorporates detailed pixel-art sprites and vibrant locations to capture a retro aesthetic. Players can choose from iconic characters such as He-Man, Man-At-Arms, Teela, and She-Ra, each equipped with unique abilities. Additionally, the feline companion Battle Cat assists players in combat against Skeletor's forces.

The campaign features 13 action-packed stages spanning diverse locations across Eternia, including the Royal Palace, the Vine jungle, and the corridors of Snake Mountain. Players can also experience the adventure through a two-player local co-op mode while fighting against classic antagonists like Evil-Lyn, Beast Man, Trap Jaw, and Skeletor.
