YouTuber TmarTn showed off the unexpected box on his channel, noting that the developers provided no prior warning before delivery. The influencer package includes a blue baseball cap featuring a pink embroidered Rockstar Games logo, a t-shirt matching the welcome to Vice City design found inside the official collector box, a blue and pink tote bag with the GTA 6 logo, assorted stickers, and an engraved Zippo lighter bearing both Rockstar and Vice City logos.

Following the reveal, fans took to social media to compare the creator items with the merchandise available to the general public in expensive collector editions. Many expressed a preference for the influencer items over the commercial offerings, pointing specifically to the Zippo lighter and apparel. Some community members have begun exploring alternative methods to obtain similar items, such as 3D printing their own versions of the cartoon alligator statue included in the retail bundles to avoid the high price point.
