Grounded 2 Gets Its Biggest Update Yet with Into the Abyss
The Into the Abyss update brings a new underwater adventure to Grounded 2, complete with hidden discoveries, new creatures, and underwater base building.
Grounded 2 has received its largest content update yet, titled Into the Abyss. This update opens up an expansive new underwater adventure, featuring hidden discoveries, forgotten landmarks, and more.
Players will be able to explore underwater caverns, discover hidden points of interest, and encounter new creatures, including the amphibious Toe Biter and the mechanical Catch ‘N Keep.
The update also introduces new diving gear, allowing players to stay underwater longer and access previously inaccessible areas. Additionally, players will be able to build underwater bases, creating submerged outposts and expanding their home into new areas.
Grounded 2 is also coming to PlayStation 5, allowing a new community of players to join the adventure in Brookhollow Park during the Early Access development period. With over 30 million players in the Grounded series to date, the game's community is expected to grow significantly.
The Into the Abyss update expands Grounded 2 with new areas to explore, featuring underwater exploration, new progression systems, creatures, base building, and countless new discoveries waiting above and below the surface.
