Free Fire OB55 Advance Server Registrations Open Ahead of August Launch

Registrations for the Free Fire OB55 Advance Server are officially live, allowing players to sign up for early access to test upcoming features before they hit the main game. Garena has opened the registration process through the official FF Advance Server website.

According to the official Advance Server page, the test server is scheduled to open on August 21, 2026, and will run until September 3, 2026. This testing period gives selected players an opportunity to preview new content and report bugs. Garena notes that the Advance Server is a testing environment, meaning features can be changed, improved, or removed entirely prior to the main OB55 update release. An exact release date for the main OB55 update has not been announced, though it is potentially expected around mid-September following the close of the test server.

To register, players must visit the official Advance Server website and log in using either a Facebook or Google account to complete the sign-up process. Garena has stated that activation codes are limited, so registering does not automatically guarantee access to the test server. Eligible users who receive an activation code will be able to download the client through the official website. Additionally, Garena is offering Bug Hunter Rewards for players who help find and report previously unknown bugs during the testing phase.
