Finji Announces October Release Date for Third-Person Action Adventure Usual June

Finji has revealed that Usual June will launch on October 28 for PC via Steam, and a playable demo is available now.

Publisher and studio Finji has announced the official release date for its upcoming third-person action-adventure game, Usual June. The title is scheduled to launch later this year on October 28 for PC via Steam. Players eager to experience the game ahead of its full release can download and try out a brand new demo that is available right now.

In Usual June, players step into the role of June, a girl who expected a quiet summer break filled with odd jobs and hanging out with friends. Instead, she finds herself investigating a mystery threatening to destroy her city. The journey requires June to fight monsters, speak with ghosts, and prevent a space-time cataclysm. Exploration spans a variety of locations, including secret labs, buried tunnels, haunted observatories, abandoned train stations, and a mysterious other world.

To save the city before time runs out, June must rely on both living allies and the photographic memories of the dead, interacting with a colorful cast of 25 characters. The game features fast and fluid combat where players utilize melee weapons, super moves, and parries against enemies and massive bosses. As players earn experience points, they can level up June to unlock new projectiles, defenses, summons, and traps.
