Shiro Games has announced the second major update for its Early Access online co-op action role-playing game Farever. Titled the Call to Glory update, the patch is scheduled to release on September 30, 2026. It introduces new endgame content focused on Heroic Mode, which is a new instance difficulty option. This mode adds tougher enemies to existing dungeons alongside altered boss mechanics.
Players who take on the tougher challenges in Heroic Mode will receive better loot and rewards. The update also adds dedicated achievements and a new currency that can be exchanged for exclusive rewards. Additionally, the patch includes new Epic-tier gear and an option to infuse gear with faction-themed bonuses, alongside various quality-of-life features and bug fixes.
Farever is set in the open world of Siagarta, where players can explore solo or with allies to find dungeons, enemy camps, and other points of interest. The game allows players to build custom combat styles through multiple classes, specialisations, weapon skills, and customized gear. It is currently available in Early Access on Steam for $19.99.
