Fanatec Unveils New ClubSport F1 Racing System Bundle
Fanatec has announced the ClubSport F1 Racing System, pairing a direct-drive wheel base with a new F1 V3 steering wheel and advanced paddle module.

Fanatec has revealed a new sim racing bundle called the ClubSport F1 Racing System. It pairs the ClubSport DD+ Wheel Base with the latest F1 V3 Steering Wheel, replacing the previous ClubSport Racing Wheel F1 bundle.
Compatible with PC and PlayStation, the ClubSport DD+ is a direct-drive wheel base capable of delivering up to 18Nm of torque. That output increased from 15Nm following a recent firmware update. The system also utilizes Fanatec's FullForce technology to introduce subtle vibrations in supported racing games for enhanced immersion.
The newly included F1 V3 Steering Wheel is wider than its predecessor and sports a forged carbon finish with a Formula 1 inspired color scheme. It features a 2.7-inch white OLED display, 15 RGB LEDs, and two FunkySwitch rotary dials. The setup also bundles the Podium Advanced Paddle Module, which incorporates magnetic shifters and Hall sensors.
Fanatec plans to showcase the ClubSport F1 Racing System publicly at the Tokyo Game Show, giving visitors a chance to test it out before it goes on sale. Pricing details have not been announced yet, though the older bundle remains listed on Fanatec's website for €1,149.95. Availability dates are also pending, as Fanatec stated the hardware is currently undergoing final review by Sony before entering production.
Tobias Stelzer, VP and General Manager at Fanatec, noted that the previous racing wheel was important for the brand, particularly in competitive sim racing. Stelzer added that the new system brings further refinements to the wheel while keeping the direct-drive performance drivers expect from the ClubSport DD+ base.
